Minimum Night Requirements: Cottages and Wagons require a 3-night minimum stay during summer weekends. Outside of this period, a 2-night minimum is generally required. For possible exceptions, please contact the office.

Day Passes

To preserve the quiet and safety of the Splash camping experience, we do not allow public day passes at our resort. Splash does offer Park and Play days where sites can be reserved with a vehicle, to check availability please call the Welcome Center at 850-600-8500.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of the arrival date will receive a voucher in the full amount of the reservation for a future stay, valid for 1 full year from the issue date. Please make any changes to your reservation in advance of that 72-hour window as refunds and vouchers will not be available after that time.

For guests cancelling an extended stay RV site reservation (1 month-long or more) 30+ days from the scheduled arrival date, you may choose between a voucher for the full amount of the reservation valid for 1 full year from the issue date, or a refund (minus a $500 extended stay cancellation fee).

Vouchers/refunds are not available for early departures.

Inclement Weather or State of Emergency Policy

If the National Weather Service issues a hurricane or tropical storm warning affecting Splash RV Resort, or if a state of emergency is declared for Santa Rosa County, guests may change or cancel reservations without fee. If the reservation is rescheduled during times of higher nightly rates, you will be charged for the difference.

The Splash team will be in contact with all guests affected by National Weather Service or County emergency warnings. The park will close completely only under mandatory evacuation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Splash have cabins for guests?

Yes! Splash offers 34 luxury cottages for our guests. Cottages sleep up to 6 and contain a full kitchen with luxury finishes.

Do the wagons have heating/AC?

Yes! Our luxury Conestoga wagons comes equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Do the wagons have bathrooms?

Our wagons do not have plumbing. There is a bath house located a very short distance away for maximum convenience.

Are day passes available for purchase?

To preserve the quiet and safety of the Splash camping experience, access to the resort amenities is limited to registered overnight guests and Resort Pass holders. A limited number of Park and Play Passes are offered during non-peak season between Labor Day and Memorial Day from Sunday to Thursday. To check availability or register for an upcoming day of fun, check online or call the Welcome Center at 850-600-8500.

Are the pools heated?

All pools are heated with the exception of the lazy river. The lazy river at SPLASH is not heated, but it is open Year Round!

What time is check-in / check-out?

For RV sites: check-in is at 2PM. Check-out is at 11AM. For cottages and wagons: check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM. We cannot accommodate early check-ins to the amenities if your unit is not ready. For early check in information, or to see if your unit is ready, please call the office on your arrival date.

Are golf carts available for rent? Are outside golf carts allowed?

Yes! Golf carts are available for rent for your stay. Golf carts can be added to your reservation during the online booking process. Outside golf carts are not permitted.

Does the water park cost extra?

No, use of the water park features is included in your stay.

Does Splash offer in-park WiFi?

Yes! WiFi is included in your stay.

Do the cottages include linens?

Yes, all necessary linens are provided in each cottage.

How many wristbands are included for my reservation?

4 wristbands are included in the price of your RV reservation. Up to 4 additional armbands can be purchased for $20 per person, per day for the length of your stay.

Can I make purchases with my wristband?

Yes, your wristband may be used to make purchases at any on-site amenity.

Is the park open year-round?

Yes, Splash is open year-round. We offer extended seasonal packages from August-February.

Do your RV sites and cottages have cable?

RV camp sites have free high-speed WiFi for streaming, and cottages come equipped with DirecTV.

Are tent sites available?

Tent camping is not permitted at Splash.

Are pets allowed at Splash?

Pets are allowed in RVs. Pets are also allowed in select cabins with payment of $200 pet fee. Pets are not permitted in non-pet cottages or without payment of pet fee. Pets are not allowed inside buildings or the water park.

When are quiet hours at the park?

10 PM – 7 AM.

How do I use a voucher to make a reservation?

A voucher can be used within one (1) calendar year from issue date by calling the welcome center at (850) 600-8500.

What are the local attractions?

Our welcome center has resources available to recommend and choose from many great local attractions in the surrounding area! We also have a list of local restaurants and things to do in Milton, Navarre, and the surrounding areas available on at the link below.

Do I need to wear my wristband?

Yes, wristbands help identify registered guests. Wristbands also allow for purchases to be charged directly to your stay.

Are pool towels provided?

No, pool towels are not provided for guest use. Towels are available for purchase, if needed, at the camp store.

Does Splash have on site food and beverage options?

Yes! Splash has 3 custom food trucks that offer options from breakfast all the way through dessert. We have plenty of drink options from our Tiki Bar to the Biergarten.

When is payment due?

Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

There is a minimum 3-night stay requirement during major holidays. This includes Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends.

General Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay

  • Age Requirement: RV sites, wagons, and cottages must be reserved by a person age 21 or older. This adult will be responsible for the actions of their guests during the stay.
  • Wristbands: We kindly ask that all guests wear their wristbands at all times. It is our way of making sure everyone enjoys our amenities safely.
  • Campsites: Each site is limited to one camping unit. For RV sites, the RV must be present and ready for use at check-in. Campsites should be left in their original condition, with no alterations permitted. Any signage, including advertising, requires explicit written approval from Splash management. Flags are allowed as long as they do not contain profanity or inappropriate material.
  • Parking: RV site lengths vary. Each reservation includes two parking passes, and all vehicles must be parked within the designated site. Street parking is not allowed. If a vehicle does not fit on the site, it must be parked in overflow parking areas, including the pool area, welcome center, or outside the gate. Important: RV sites have irrigation throughout. Parking on the grass is prohibited—vehicles parked on grass will be asked to move.
  • Guest Registration: We ask that all guests be registered with us. RV site registration provides access to resort facilities for up to 4 family members. Up to 4 additional wristbands can be purchased for $20 per person, per day for the length of the reservation. Our cozy cottages can host 4-6 guests, based on the sleeping capacity. Conestoga Wagons welcome up to 4 guests. Additional guests are not available for cottages/wagons due to occupancy restrictions.
  • Trash Service: Enjoy our complimentary valet trash service from 8 AM to 6 PM. Simply place your trash by the street, but please wait until after sunrise to keep wildlife away.
  • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, except during Splash special events. Excessive noise and profane language will not be tolerated and can be cause for eviction from the resort. Use of golf carts, bicycles, and scooters is not permitted during quiet hours.
  • Children’s Curfew: We kindly ask that all children are at their campsite by 10 PM, unless we’re hosting a special event.
  • Golf Carts & LSVs: Only guests with a valid driver’s license, 18 years and older, may operate golf carts within the resort. Please note that outside golf carts and LSVs are not permitted for use inside the resort. Only Splash-rented carts are available for guest use.
  • Children: We love having children at the resort! However, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please keep an eye on children, especially around moving vehicles, bikes, and scooters.
  • Waterslide Guidelines: To ride the waterslides, guests must be at least 48” tall. For the lazy river, there is no height or age requirement – everyone is welcome! Our inflatable waterslide is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and it’s open for all to enjoy.
  • Music: We want everyone to enjoy their stay, so please keep music within your site. Personal sound systems are welcome, but we kindly ask that they not be used in the pool area.
  • Campfires: You’re welcome to have campfires in designated areas. We ask that ground fires be avoided, but feel free to use personal fire pits that are elevated and contained. If you need firewood or the perfect S’mores ingredients, our Camp Store has you covered!
  • All guests must sign a participation and liability waiver prior to arrival. Guests who do not wish to sign may cancel and receive a full refund.
  • Credit Card Surcharge: Please note, a 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Identification Policy: To maintain a safe and secure environment, all reservations at Splash RV Resort must be made under the guest’s legal name as shown on a valid photo ID. Guests staying 30 days or longer must verify their identity by emailing a copy of their ID before arrival or presenting it at check-in. Accepted IDs include a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID card. Identification is used only to confirm identity and prevent fraud. Copies are stored securely, and within accordance of guest privacy laws. By booking, guests agree to provide accurate information and consent to this verification process

Pool Guidelines

  • Adult Supervision: A parent or guardian must accompany children under 14 years old while using the pool. Adults are responsible for ensuring children follow all pool rules. Diving is not permitted.
  • Pool Safety: For everyone’s safety, please follow all posted pool rules and listen to staff instructions. Water activities are at your own risk.
  • Flotation Devices: To keep the pool area safe, we ask that you not bring large flotation devices like rafts or floats.
  • Breath-Holding Games: For safety reasons, breath-holding games are not allowed in any of our pools or attractions.
  • Attraction Guidelines: Guests must meet the required height, weight, and swimming ability to enjoy all attractions. Some guests may be restricted due to certain physical limitations.
  • Coolers / Ice Chests / Outside Food: Coolers and Ice Chests are not permitted inside the fenced area of the pool deck due to liquor / food licensing. There is a picnic area located right outside the fenced area near the playground for guests to enjoy any outside food / beverage.
  • Save the Chair Policy: To ensure a great experience for all guests, unoccupied pool chairs may not be reserved with towels or personal items for more than 30 minutes. If a chair appears unattended, a place card with a timestamp will be placed on the items. After 30 minutes, if the chair remains unoccupied, belongings will be collected and held at the lodge for pickup. Thank you for helping us keep seating fair and enjoyable for everyone.

Pet Policy

  • Pet Care: Guests are responsible for their pets’ behavior and ensuring they clean up after them throughout the resort.
  • Behavior: Good behavior is a must! Any pets that are aggressive or unruly will be asked to leave the resort.
  • Leash Rule: All pets must remain leashed at all times. They may not be left tied up unattended or kept outside without supervision or overnight.
  • Vaccinations & Health: All pets must be current on vaccinations and free of contagious diseases or pests. Owners are solely responsible for ensuring their pets are healthy and compliant with these requirements.

Conduct Guidelines

  • Obnoxious Behavior: Obnoxious behavior, including any fighting, violent, or threatening actions, is not allowed and could result in removal from the resort.
  • Resort Safety: We want everyone to have a great time, so please respect the safety and well-being of others during your stay.
